Terms of Service

The client’s use of Aliado is subjected to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully. By using the services of Aliado, the client is deemed to agree and accept our terms of service. 

Aliado reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. The client may request a copy at any time. Using our services after we alter the Terms of Service means the client agrees to accept the changes. We are not responsible for whether or not the client reviews them. Do not use our services if you choose not to accept and abide by these Terms of Service. 

Aliado provides services subject to any client or buyerʼs and acceptance of and compliance with the Terms of Service.

Aliado may ask the client to provide certain account details or other information to help complete any services.

By accepting these terms of service, the client acknowledges that all the information provided will be correct, current, and complete. 

Aliado reserves the right to store this information for any future use needed by the client.  

This agreement consists of all past, present and/or future social media services provided by Aliado Marketing Group to you, the client. There are some services we offer that are unique and special offers given on a case-by-case basis and will be previously discussed and finalized before signing this agreement. Any additional conditions or purchases outside of the agreed upon package you were promised will be handled individually as per the service provided and invoiced with clear distinction on any add-ons or rush orders.

Our services vary based on the package previously agreed upon; however, in summary, the following are common things we cover as we manage your social media platforms:

• Social media content will be monitored during normal business hours unless otherwise specified. We will ensure all approved posts go out as scheduled during this time.
• If your package includes engagement monitoring, we will inform you if a comment or private message needs to be addressed by you, the client.
• As with engagement monitoring, if your package includes boosted posts, we will select the most appropriate and fitting forms of content to promote. These posts will be predetermined and approved based on your goals and objectives, with your chosen method of ad spending.
• Don’t forget that the social media service providers (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) also have additional or different terms of use. You should carefully review the terms and conditions that apply to you on your respective platforms before obtaining the particular service.

With all our clients, we suggest providing us with personalized photos and other relevant information (such as team photos, current events in your local community, and any other special requests). Outside of personalized content, we will cover self-promotions for your business and its brand that best showcases your products/services and relevant holidays/national celebrations.

Extra monthly posts that lay outside the purchased social media packages are determined on a case-by-case basis. These extra posts do not factor into boosted posts, advertising campaigns or other promotional formatted content.

Advertising on social media is essential in growing your business and reaching a wider audience than traditional media. Our paid services help with growing your online brand presence and increasing selected goals and objectives, such as:

• Higher Engagement
• Bigger Reach & Impressions
• More Website Traffic
• Promoted to People More Likely to Direct Message/Call
• More Page Likes/Followers
• Or Get More Leads

The client agrees to pay Aliado the full setup cost to start your social media services, including all applicable taxes, if any, per the billing terms in effect when the service fee becomes payable.

Aliado requires a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) on file for any services rendered unless mutually agreed upon between Aliado and the client. The client expressly understands, acknowledges, and now authorizes Aliado to automatically charge the client’s credit card for any services owed.

Aliado also reserves the right to pursue alternative means of payment up to and including debt collection services. The client shall be liable for all collection costs,  including, without limitation, attorneysʼ fees. 

The client is responsible for maintaining an active and valid payment method on file at all times. If, for any reason, the client payment method is not available, Aliado reserves the right to immediately and temporarily discontinue any services provided by Aliado. Aliado reserves the right to suspend the services if the payment is not received, which may result in termination.

The client should be aware that by submitting any personal details to Aliado, the client indicates the acceptance of the terms given above. In case of any queries or concerns, the client is always free to contact us for further assistance.
