Terms of Service

The client’s use of Aliado is subjected to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully. By using the services of Aliado, the client is deemed to agree and accept our terms of service. 

Aliado reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. The client may request a copy at any time. Using our services after we alter the Terms of Service means the client agrees to accept the changes. We are not responsible for whether or not the client reviews them. Do not use our services if you choose not to accept and abide by these Terms of Service. 

Aliado provides services subject to any client or buyerʼs and acceptance of and compliance with the Terms of Service.

Aliado may ask the client to provide certain account details or other information to help complete any services.

By accepting these terms of service, the client acknowledges that all the information provided will be correct, current, and complete. 

Aliado reserves the right to store this information for any future use needed by the client.  

The Terms of Service will commence when the client purchases the services with Aliado and end when terminated by either party. 

Aliado has the authority to use its identifying mark that might come in the form of Web Design, a URL, or any type of brand identity to all websites produced from here, and it will come into force without any consent of the client. 

Aliado reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the services (or any part thereof) based on non-cooperation, non-payment, or unwanted delay from the client at any time. Aliado will communicate this via email and/or a phone call and will provide a deadline for a response before any services are suspended or discontinued.

Aliado shall not be liable to anyone (the client, third-party vendor, or user) for any such changes or removal.

The client expressly agrees that the client, or any related third party, shall not hold Aliado or anyone affiliated liable for any losses, damages, or consequences from such modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the services. 

We are pleased to offer the client the opportunity to make revisions to the design. However, we have the right to limit the number of design changes to a reasonable amount and may charge for additional design changes if the client changes the original design specification.

Our website development phase is flexible and allows certain variations to the original specification. However, any major deviation from the specification will be charged at $40 per hour.  

We will make every effort to ensure that the design of the website and any other work done by us is error-free; however, Aliado will not accept any responsibility for losses incurred because of malfunction of the website or any part of it. 

Aliado will be the rightful owner of the website, content, and any programming code until the Client pays all outstanding amounts in full.

Any work done by Aliado, including stock images, will remain our property and copyright of Aliado unless otherwise agreed and may be resold or commercially reproduced only with the permission of Aliado. 

Any additions to the brief that Aliado makes at no charge will be made at the sole discretion of Aliado. For such additions, Aliado will not accept any responsibility for ensuring that such additions are error-free. Aliado reserve the right to charge the client accordingly for any correction to these additions or further additions. 

Aliado will not be responsible for any loss of earnings, compensation, or costs incurred due to any work carried out by the client, on behalf of the client, or by any third-party companies appointed by the client. 

If the client requires an accessible website to help those with disabilities, it is the client’s responsibility to let Aliado know. Aliado is not responsible for any non-compliant claims against the client’s website.

Any time frames or estimates that we give are contingent upon your full co-operation along with complete and final content for any services provided by Aliado.

During the design, a certain amount of feedback is required to progress to subsequent phases. It is required that a single point of contact be appointed from the client’s side and made available daily to expedite the project.

Aliado will not be responsible if any project remains largely unfinished or is delayed due to the client’s inaction or by not providing us with the information we require by the timeline outlined in our website design process. 

On completion of the work, the client will be notified and have the opportunity to review it. The client will be provided with the login information.

Once approved or deemed approved, any changes the client requires by Aliado will charge $40/hour.

We offer emergency support to our clients should their website be offline.

Though our support is available 24/7, we can only guarantee quick response during regular business hours. After 5 pm and before 8 am, only emergencies will receive immediate attention. Deciding which cases must be taken care of urgently and which cases can wait until the morning is at the full discretion of Aliado. 

The client agrees to pay Aliado a 50% non-refundable deposit to get your website design started, including all applicable taxes, if any, in accordance with the billing terms in effect when the service fee becomes payable.

Aliado requires a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) on file for any services rendered unless mutually agreed upon between Aliado and the client. The client expressly understands, acknowledges, and now authorizes Aliado to automatically charge the client’s credit card for any services owed.

Aliado also reserves the right to pursue alternative means of payment up to and including debt collection services. The client shall be liable for all collection costs,  including, without limitation, attorneysʼ fees. 

The client is responsible for maintaining an active and valid payment method on file at all times. If for any reason, the client payment method is not available, Aliado reserves the right to immediately and temporarily discontinue any services provided by Aliado. Aliado reserves the right to suspend the website if the payment is not received, which may result in termination.

The client should be aware that by submitting any personal details to Aliado, the client indicates the acceptance of the terms given above. In case of any queries or concerns, the client is always free to contact us for further assistance.
