Cancellation Policy

Aliado Marketing Group is committed to providing exceptional service promptly. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it costs our company and staff time for any work that has taken place. 

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone or email. You may cancel your services with us at any time. Aliado Marketing Group requires 30 days’ notice before cancelling your service(s). We collect all fees for any work that has been completed. Any previous monthly service fees are non-refundable. 

We will release your domain name(s) as long as you have no amount owing to your account.

Copyright Material

You agree not to use or allow any licensed graphics provided to be shared with any third party unless both parties agree.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. If you are unhappy with the service provided during the first 30 days from your purchase date, you will receive a refund for the full amount. You can expect to receive the refund within 90 days of the cancellation date. 

If you paid an annual fee, we would credit the remaining months, less than 30 days, back to you.

Outstanding Invoices

The user acknowledges that any outstanding invoices must be paid before we release any website files or domain(s). 

Aliado Marketing Group reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account if the client does not abide by our policies and will not be refunded.
