Below is a list of items for your to review and what you will need to provide to Aliado for the successful launch of your social media strategy.
Phase 1: Before You Buy
We encourage you to educate yourselves on the information we are providing to you. It makes a better experience for you and for Aliado.

Review the different social media packages we have to offer. Determine which one is best for you.

Decide whether or not you want to advertise on your channel(s).

Read the Customer Expectations page to ensure we are a good fit for you and your business.

Read our privacy policy.

Read our Terms of Services.
Phase 2: Welcome to the family. Let’s get things started!
To keep the expected timelines, this step is really important to get this information over to us within one week.
The below gives you a list of things to gather as the last step will be to send us all of your information so we can get started with your social media templates and calendar.

Visit the Social Media Process page to see a list of questions you will be asked during the onboarding call.

Gather all logos files. We require a vector format for your logo. For more information on vector formats, click here.

Gather any icons you may use throughout your marketing. This includes versions and file formats.

Gather your branding information: font sizes, font styles, and your colours (colour codes – hex #).

Gather any resources you have available (blog/websites, images, go-to sites for information, etc.)

Gather your social media urls and usernames/passwords.

Gather your social media urls.

Lastly, take all of this information and provide it to the Aliado team. You will receive an email with a link to Google Drive (where you can upload all of your assets and some information), and a link to where you can provide us with the social media information.
