Do You Offer Custom Packages For Your Services?

We have different package offerings available for our Website, Social Media, and Search Engine Optimization services however we can create a marketing strategy tailored to your needs. Why is My Website Down?

We understand having your website down causes complete panic. We will help you in any way we can. First, you should see all the reasons your website could be down, as it may be a fix required on your end. 

1. Domain Name Has Expired

Over the years, we find clients who manage their domain names don’t always get notifications about their domain name. This could be due to staff changes, email changes, etc.… Check with your domain provider or log into your domain account to ensure your domain name has not expired. If it has, once you renew your domain name, your website (and email) will be back up and running. 

Aliado may manage your website, but that does not always mean we manage your domain name.

2. DNS Updates Have Been Made

If you have someone that manages your domain name, contact them to see if any updates have been made. If so, let them know so they can resolve the issue to get your website back up.

3. Issues With the Server

Not that it happens often, but if Aliado manages your domain name or the name servers are pointing to Aliado, there is a chance there are server issues. Please note we are most likely aware of the problem but never hesitate to send us urgent support
