A List of Common Plugins

Here is a breakdown of all the plugins you need for your WordPress website.

  1. Classic Editor is a simple-to-use editor when you want to build your web page using the front end of the website. Some prefer building a page from the backend, but if you’re new to WordPress, I highly recommend using this plugin instead.
  2. Gravity Forms allows you to easily create forms on your website. You can also manage any form submissions from the backend. An additional add-on you could get is the Gravity Forms Mailchimp which connects your forms to your Mailchimp account. That is if you’re using Mailchimp!
  3. Wordfence helps with the security of your website. Security information will appear within the dashboard.
  4. WP Rocket helps with the performance of your website.
  5. Yoast SEO helps set up SEO throughout your website. This should be done for each page, including any products/services you sell.
  6. MonsterInsights connects your website with your Google Analytics account. It gives you reports right in your website’s dashboard.
  7. Page Builder for editing your web pages. Now, this is up to you. I recommend doing some research on each. We use YooTheme which makes editing super easy! However, some others you can consider are Divi or Elementor.

The options are endless when it comes to plugins for WordPress. It can be overwhelming trying to find the best ones to use for your business. If you’re looking for help with plugins for your website or have any questions about this article, please reach out. We’re happy to help!
